RETURN + REFUND

Returns

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it, with all original tags attached.

To start a return or exchange, email us at hello@varsity54.com within the 14-day window. Please include your original order number and, for exchanges, the replacement color, size, and any other relevant details.

Once we confirm your return, post the package back to us at the address we provide in our reply. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

Refunds (if applicable)

If an item is faulty or arrives damaged, we will offer a full refund including original shipping. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

For approved non-faulty returns, refunds will be issued to your original method of payment, less original shipping costs, within 5-10 business days of us receiving the item.

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If your requested replacement is unavailable, we will issue a refund instead.

Delivery times for exchanged items vary depending on your location.
